Areas, methods and delivery prices
We deliver to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Orders are prepared and dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1 to 2 working days after payment is confirmed. Delivery charges are shown inclusive of tax and displayed before the order is confirmed.

Unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout, we commit to delivering no later than 30 days after the order is placed (Consumer Rights Act 2015 s.28). If we're late, you can ask us to deliver within a reasonable further period and, failing that, cancel the order for a full refund (see article 7 of the Terms & Conditions).
Parcel tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. If you're not in when delivery is attempted, the parcel is left at a local pick-up point or a card is left; it is held there for around 10 to 15 days before being returned to us.
On receipt
Check the condition of the parcel with the driver where possible. If a parcel or product arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours at contact@driftly-boutique.fr: we'll arrange a replacement or refund, at no cost to you. Not raising an issue at delivery does not affect any of your legal rights.
Recycling your old electrical items
In line with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2013 (WEEE), any electrical or electronic equipment can be recycled free of charge at your local council-run recycling (civic amenity) site, whether or not it was bought from us. Small appliances and used batteries can also be dropped off at many in-store collection points. If you'd like advice on recycling an old item when you order a replacement, just let us know by email.
Returns and refunds
You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind ("Cancel your order here") and 30 days for a goodwill return of an unused product. All the details — timescales, return costs, address, refund — are set out on the Refunds, returns and cancellations page.
