Trackers
Cookie Policy
Version of 2026-09-14.
This page explains what cookies and trackers are, which ones the driftly-boutique.fr website uses, and how you can accept, reject or change your choice at any time. It complements our Privacy Policy and applies in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and ICO guidance.
1. What is a tracker?
A tracker is information stored on or read from your device (cookie, browser local storage, pixel, identifier) when you visit a website. Some are essential for the site to work; others are used to measure audience or personalise advertising and require your prior consent.
2. Strictly necessary trackers (no consent required)
These trackers are exempt from consent because their sole purpose is to provide the service you ask for.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| driftly-cart | Driftly | Contents of your basket (browser local storage) | Until deleted by you or the order is placed |
| driftly-consent | Driftly | Remembering your tracker choices (proof of consent: date, version, purposes) | 12 months maximum |
| __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid | Stripe (payment provider) | Securing payment and preventing fraud, only on the payment page | 1 year / session duration |
| Host's technical cookies | Website host | Load balancing, protection against attacks | Session |
3. Trackers requiring your consent
None of these trackers are set until you click "Accept all" or turn on the corresponding purpose in "Customise". Declining has no effect on your browsing or your purchases.
| Purpose | Tools | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Audience measurement — visit statistics to improve the site | No tool is currently deployed; if one is added, it will be listed here with its provider and privacy policy before it is activated | 12 months maximum |
| Marketing and social media — campaign measurement, embedded content | No tool is currently deployed; same commitment | 12 months maximum |
4. How to make and change your choice
- On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, reject or customise — the first two buttons are given equal prominence.
- At any time, click "Manage cookies" at the bottom of every page, or the button above, to change your mind: withdrawing is as easy as accepting.
- Your choice is kept for no longer than 12 months; after that, or if this policy changes, you'll be asked again.
- You can also configure your browser to reject or delete cookies (the "Privacy" settings of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Rejecting strictly necessary trackers may prevent the basket from working.
5. Your rights
Data from trackers subject to consent is processed on the basis of your consent (UK GDPR art. 6.1.a). You have the rights described in our Privacy Policy and can complain to the ICO. Contact: contact@driftly-boutique.fr.
