FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Where and how quickly are products delivered?
Across the United Kingdom, from our UK warehouse (Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2 to 4 working days, £3.90 — free from £80 spent; DPD Next Day, £7.90). Details on the Shipping & returns page.
Can I change my mind after ordering?
Yes. Before dispatch, cancelling is free with a simple email. After receiving it, you have 14 days to cancel without giving a reason: use the "Cancel your order here" button, and you'll get an acknowledgement of receipt straight away. Beyond that, we still accept returns of unused products for 30 days. It's all explained on the Refunds, returns and cancellations page.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, unless the product is faulty, not as described, or we made a mistake: in those cases, the return is on us (prepaid label or reimbursement of costs on proof).
When will I be refunded?
No later than 14 days after we receive your return (or proof it was sent), to the payment method used for the order. Your bank may then take a few days to show the credit.
Are products guaranteed?
Yes, in two ways: your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which apply automatically, and a commercial guarantee of 24 months from Driftly. See article 10 of the Terms & Conditions.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified), with 3-D Secure authentication: your card details never pass through our servers. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted, in pounds sterling. See Secure payment.
Who is Driftly?
Driftly Limited is a company registered in the United Kingdom (no. 17443340) that sells across the UK. You're covered by all the protections of UK consumer law. See the legal notice.
What do you do with my personal data?
Only what's necessary to process your order and respond to you. We never sell your data. Your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection…) and our retention periods are set out in the Privacy Policy; you can change your cookie choices at any time via "Manage cookies" at the bottom of the page.
What should I do with my old appliance?
Any electrical or electronic equipment can be recycled free of charge at your local council-run recycling site. Batteries and small appliances can also be dropped off at many in-store collection points.
How can I contact you?
By email at contact@driftly-boutique.fr, by phone on +44 7391 187424, or via the Contact page. We acknowledge receipt within 2 working days. If a dispute isn't resolved, an ADR provider can be contacted free of charge (see the legal notice).
